1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SceneForge AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The content of the prompts you generate and how you use the resulting output.

3. Acceptable Usage

You agree not to use SceneForge AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or obscene.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform's API.
• Share account credentials with other users (each account is for one person).
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. License & Payment

• Licenses are purchased for a fixed term (weekly, monthly, or yearly) and grant full access during that period.
• License fees are non-refundable after the license key has been activated.
• Licenses are non-transferable between accounts.
• License purchases are subject to admin approval for offline payment methods.

5. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms of Service.
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent activity.
• Required by law or a valid legal process.

Upon termination, remaining license time is forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SceneForge AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for licenses in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The SceneForge AI platform, branding, and codebase are our intellectual property. The prompts you generate using the Service are yours to use as you see fit, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (Groq, OpenRouter).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-platform notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
